How to check-in online

Passengers with valid tickets và confirmed seats can check-in their flights by accessing Check-in section on Vietnam Airlines’ trang web or mobile app. The check-in steps are as follows:

Step 1: Enter required information including: Booking reference or frequent flyer card number or e-ticket number; Passenger"s last name; Departure city. Step 2: check itinerary information;; Step 3: Enter passport information (if required by destination country); Step 4: Select seat on flight; Step 5: Receive boarding pass by one of these methods: Print a boarding pass on A4 paper; Receive a boarding pass via thư điện tử or tải về to mobile.

Check-in time

Passengers check-in online for their flights from 24 hours to lớn 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

At airport For domestic flights, passengers note the following information: If not having checked baggage, passengers go directly to the security area. If having checked baggage, passengers go khổng lồ the baggage check-in counter or check-in counter at the airport. Some notes when proceeding check-in Online check-in is not available for the following passengers: Passengers traveling with children under the age of two. Passengers traveling on flights operated by other airlines (except for airlines belonging to Vietnam Airlines Group including Vasco & Pacific Airlines). Check-in can be proceeded each time for a maximum of 9 passengers. If a booking has more than 9 passengers, please check-in online multiple times for passengers in the same booking reference. If there are multiple e-tickets for the same itinerary in the same PNR, please kiểm tra in at the airport.

With kiosk check-in, passengers can actively select their seats, rapidly finish the self check-in process, & obtain their boarding pass there.

How to check-in

Passengers can check-in quickly through the following 5 steps:

Step 1: Select the language;

Step 2: Enter the booking reference, e-ticket number, or frequent flyer number (if the passengers has provided the membership card number when booking); Step 3: Select the passenger khổng lồ be checked in; Step 4: Choose a seat on flight; Step 5: Print boarding pass.

However, check-in counters for Vietnam Airlines flights at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), Frankfurt Airport (FRA), Heathrow Airport (LHR) and San Francisco (SFO) will close 60 minutes before khổng lồ departure time.

Check-in for cooperation flights
